SITTING IN A CORNER OF A VINTAGE COFFEE SHOP..

Eeying the coffee table that is made from reclaimed wood, imagining that once that wood was a barn, a warehouse maybe, perhaps as far away as Japan. But whatever it was, as i could see the old nail holes in deeply stained wood, i shuddered of what it cost of creativity from a human being to make that my coffee table today in this vintage coffee shop..

Once you're inside of this vintage shop, in Station 3 part of this island the unlockable door keep banging every time tourists want to grab a cup of coffee, or a ginger ale to cure their heads from partying all night, I could see their sleepy eyes staring at this view of the white sands seashore while they wait for their coffee.. I can see from the frames and posters that still hang tenaciously at the cluttered counter, guessing this was once a night club. I just got my coffee and here we go with our regular morning walk. As I got outside, i can see tables of some locals who sells their accessories,i always want to savor the view of seashore and colorful goods of the people laying in the table as i bumped couples, lovers i can't distinguish the nationality but thought maybe they did have great time last night. Other tourists are chattering with excitement some in English and some just i can't understand, while others are quite sitting quietly, peeking out the window.

Everyone is lost in their own worlds having fun, as everyday boats, tour buses drop many tourists everyday in this island, i couldn't imagine how Boracay could carry such a lot of visitors everyday from all over the world. Maybe this island is not just an island, nor a city, but a world. Some visitors are knowledgeable with the country they visit, others just burried themselves in their guides memorizing how to say "Mabuhay," and how to ask "where's the market?" Ah! The Market, let's explore the market....
